Having moved back to Syracuse this year, I've tested every Chinese massage parlor in town and this one is, by far, the best. There's plenty of off-street parking, an immaculately clean space, tasteful music, and most importantly, a professional massage at a great price. A lot of other strip-mall massage parlors in CNY are, let's be honest, rub-and-a-tug businesses, but not this one. Although it looks sleezy from the outside, it's clean, friendly and legitimate inside. If the owners would make it more inviting on the outside, their business would improve, they could staff the business better, and customers wouldn't be complaining occasionally about shoddy service. With 4 visits over the past 2 months, I've been the only customer in the store each time I was in the store. Moreover, with only one woman, Lina, working in the store most evenings, I certainly can understand how, as another reviewer wrote, there wouldn't be enough staff to handle more than one person at a time, especially on a busy weekend. As a man, I don't mind walking into a massage parlor by myself at night. But women prefer to go with a friend and planning a girls' night out here might be tricky until their business improves. In the meantime, please support them! It's a great spot in a town that needs more businesses like this.

I was here a month ago and the massage was excellent. Today, I booked a 120 minute massage online. I showed up 5 minutes early and was put in a room. After 45 minutes I was “told”, as no one here speaks English, that I would need to wait another 20 minutes. After waiting, there were two different people who went in and out, talking to each other in between attempting to give me a massage. This consisted of rubbing some type of lotion on me. I left here feeling no better. If anything worse because of the irritating experience. My suggestion is to go elsewhere.

The place it's very welcoming and very clean. I LOVE THE VIBES. I love the staffs and specially the woman who did my massage she was very kind and sweet. I felt very relaxed and amazing afterwards. Definitely gooo it's worth it... ONE of my favorite spot for self-care day 😊

I had an amazing experience. I loved both the hr foot massage/ reflexology and hr full body massage . I definitely will traveling another 2 hrs to do another appointment. I do hope they add more services over time ,I'd love to be able to get a facial there as well. The only thing I would change is the washing machine was loud and distracted me during my foot massage ,but the service was fantastic .. I felt great during and after ❤

This was such a great experience. Daniel was amazing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time and that he was applying good enough pressure. I did the 30-min full body massage and it was just what this mama needed. I'll definitely be returning.
