I've been here on 3 separate occasions and just feel I need to leave a review. My first time was with Sophia (Soffia?). The massage was okay. It would have been great except for some inexplicable reason she felt the need to make negative comments about my back. Strange in that no one in my lifetime has ever found it odd. Ruined an otherwise enjoyable experience. The second woman was Esther. She was so sweet and fun I was saddened to hear she no longer works there. The 3rd was with Zena(?) just a month ago. Absolutely beautiful with a wonderful personality and excellent massage skills. I honestly fell asleep for a moment! A very kind woman. The spa is immaculate. That is huge, considering some of these spas can be downright disgusting. Not so here. I highly recommend this spa.

I had an excellent massage here from Lisa. After flying from Chicago to New York my body really needed the TLC. If I return to New York I am definitely going to Zen. 100 percent recommend.
