I do not believe the people here are well trained. For example, A primary rule of a good massage therapist is you always keep at least one hand on the person. None of these people do this. When the Roslyn location first opened, I tried a one hour massage. It was good. Not great but for the price and convenience it was good. I then went back for a 90 minute. Again not very good technique but okay. Except this guy had NO sense of keeping me appropriately covered. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. (A friend who I referred there said it was creepy and disgusting). So you decide. Recently I was desperate for a massage and went again. I can say I had my first absolutely awful massage. This woman had zero training. I could tell. She was rubbing hard but without intention or purpose. I was afraid she was causing harm. She would lift my arm and simply drop it. Again. She was the worst. I would NEVER go there. I can't give lower than one star. I would give zero stars. Avoid this place.

I go to a lot of local massage places - including Hand and Stone in Jericho and the spa at my gym (Xsport in Gargen City). 9 Spa in Roslyn is among the best. The place is super clean, quiet and professional. I’ve seen three different therapists so far and each has been excellent. Very relaxing and highly recommended!
