$70 for an hour but I'm told that I need to give a minimum tip of $40 and pay all of this before the massage even starts? The reasoning was that the masseuse only gets paid in tips and the money for the hour massage goes to the "owner". Seems like this place needs to be investigated.

Complete rip off. Paid for 90 minutes and was massaged for probably 20 minutes total. The masseuse kept leaving for minutes at a time (at least 6 times and I was the only customer there) and spent lots of time doing things I didn’t ask for like putting Q tips in my ears and clipping my toenails. Don’t go here.
