I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location, and I feel compelled to warn others. As a business owner for over 25 years and a local resident, I understand the importance of valuing every customer. Unfortunately, that concept seems completely lost on both the receptionist and the manager here. From the moment I inquired about an appointment, I was met with arrogance, rudeness, and a complete lack of customer appreciation. Unlike other locations I’ve visited where I could walk in without an issue, I was abruptly told that an appointment was mandatory. Not only that, but they insisted on having my credit card on file—even though I was willing to come in immediately and pay cash. When I explained that I didn’t have a credit card on me at the time (as I was at my office), I was essentially dismissed. Their attitude made it clear—they do not care about new customers. The manager even made it a point to emphasize that they’ve been in business for 18 years, implying they don’t need to accommodate anyone. This is an unacceptable mindset for any business. Longevity in business should come with a commitment to service, not a sense of entitlement and disregard for potential clients. If you’re looking for a place that values its customers and provides respectful service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other establishments that would appreciate and accommodate you. This location, however, has made it abundantly clear that they do not.

I wish I could give them no stars. I was a member…all I can tell you is don’t do it. All they do is reschedule, no matter what massage therapist you choose. I was a member for I believe 8/9 months and was rescheduled 6 different times. That’s CRAZY! I waited two months for two different appointments both of which were canceled. Ophelia was the only masseuse I really enjoyed but due to constant rescheduling I tried two others. Erin was ok but also rescheduled. John was terrible and completely bruised my shoulders. When I called to complain the girls were mean and the customer service was horrible and they were incredibly rude. One woman sounded like she had put the phone down and just kept say yeah, sorry, nothing I can do about it. I have one package I will not use. I contacted the owner, shop and better business bureau for a refund so we’ll see would be nice of them to do something right! Waste of time and money.

I had an absolutely terrible! experience at the Commack location. A Particular staff member was absolutely rude and unprofessional towards my significant other who I brought there for a birthday treat. She made an atrocious inappropriate rude comment thinking no one heard her…. The walls are thin. Not trying to make anyone lose their job, did not want any compensation either…..But I told the managers to have a serious conversation with her, because she made their business look very bad. I would NEVER spend my money at any hand and stone spa ever again as long as God gives me life. They need to train their staff better.
