After a positive experience a few years ago, I decided to give this place another shot, even though I had seen some recent negative reviews. Sadly, those reviews turned out to be spot on. I scheduled an appointment, only for it to be canceled because the massage therapist called out sick. Of course, I understand that things happen, but when no other times worked with my schedule, I was shocked to learn they had already charged my card before I even received the service. The receptionist casually said, “We’ll keep the credit on your account, okay?” without offering any explanation, making it clear I was charged upfront for a service I hadn’t received. When I asked for a refund, the receptionist hesitated and had to check with her manager—something that should be standard protocol when a service is canceled. She was ready to apply it as a credit without even asking if I preferred a refund. After talking with her manager, she said the refund could go through, but it wouldn’t happen today. So, now I’m left wondering when I’ll see my money back for a service I never got. I completely understand that people get sick, but based on the number of similar complaints in recent reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. If you’re considering booking here, just know that you might run into the same frustrating situation. Now listening to the voicemail they left before I called back about my appointment being canceled - they booked me for the wrong time. I booked for 12pm but the voicemail is mentioning that my “11am” appointment is canceled? Yeah, maybe don’t book here.

I had my first massage here with Liz. Very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me the service I was hoping for. As a massage therapist myself, I guess I have a bit of higher standards when it comes to being on the receiving end. (I have had many subpar massages in the past). Liz listened to my concerns and executed a wonderful session for me leaving my body feeling great! I didn’t want it to end. Liz has a very therapeutic touch and has techniques that are very concentrated and controlled; not rushing through the movements which I greatly appreciated. You can tell Liz takes this profession seriously and is focused throughout the session. Highly recommend and will certainly be back soon! Thank you. ☺️

I’ve been going to this place for years. Over the years I feel the environment has changed. The front desk receptionist are not welcoming. I had a bad experience with one of the massage therapist this past week and I told the front desk and the guy was not helpful and rude. I did receive a call back from one of the managers after I called again the next day and they apologized however, they did not offer to take a percentage off or anything for the next time that I went. A lot of people have complained about how they are going downhill and unfortunately, I will not be going back.

I’ve been going here at least twice a year for the last 3-4 years and it dawned on me that it’s worth leaving a review. Great local Buffalo spot to support. I’ve had a different massage therapist each time because I like to change it up, and I’ve never been disappointed. The massage is always well paced and even the newest/least experienced therapist that worked on me did an excellent job. I have very sensitive skin when it comes to lotions/oils and whatever they use never had a scent or gives me a reaction. Good ambiance in the rooms, soft lighting, spa music, and the massage therapists speak softly. If you go with a migraine, it is well lit in the waiting area, but the rooms are low light. The staff is friendly. Typical WNY hospitality where they’re nice and to the point. I personally appreciate people like that. The best part is the hour massage has always been $50. I’ve mentioned this and they’ve said it’s just about offering a good service. That speaks volumes about a business. It’s in the city, but parking is never difficult since I imagine most of the parking is from the business and it’s turning over all day. Lastly, I’m a big fan of learning how to prevent some of the aches I get from sitting at a desk, having neck issues and carpel tunnel. Most of the massage therapists are great at educating and giving tips to help me between massages. I appreciate that. Highly recommend! **Wanted to mention that if you’re specifically looking to work through deep tissue neck, shoulder, and trap pain/tension - the best massage therapist I’ve had was Michael. It’s the area I have the most issues with and he helped relieve a 2 week long migraine/tension headache.

The first time I came here, Daniel got rid of a knot/trigger point that had been in my neck for years and dozens of other massage therapists had unsuccessfully tried to work on. Enough said.
