The Cloud 9 Spa on Queens Blvd Rego Park is an absolute delight! The staff is welcoming and professional; the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant; the treatment rooms warm and welcoming and super comfortable with padded heated tables, wonderful scents and talented staff who are very attentive and concerned with your comfort. Never have I had other than a wonderful experience there whether for a massage or facial. Highly recommend this place!

This place deserves no stars. When you call, there’s an extremely rude lady who thinks she runs the world with the way she speaks to you. How you treat your customers is how you’ll drive traffic towards your place. I called her a day before and she was rude to me there first, that was my initial impression of her. My mom walked in before me because I was looking for parking, she had the audacity to tell my mom that “I told your daughter yesterday over the phone, etc”, then when I walk in, i told her i was already spoken to extremely rudely on the phone and she proceeded to say that she doesn’t work in the Queens location, that it wasn’t her speaking that way and that she’s always in the city. Please spare the trash talk for someone else and learn not to lie. I bought the massage and facial package for both me and my mom. It was a gift for my mom but i joined her so she’d have company. This was supposed to be a good mother-daughter date, which ended up being nothing more than just going through the experience because we paid for it. They charge you gratuity as per their wishes, not what you’d want to give - I wouldn’t be surprised if they pocketed the gratuity for themselves. I paid double for taxes/gratuity than the actual services package itself. I would never recommend this place to anyone, save your time and money. How you treat your customers says a lot about yourself. If I hadn’t pre-paid for the service, I would have literally left from the way we were treated. I get massages and facials often, I have never been treated this way anywhere else, this was just unacceptable.

I love Cloud 9 Spa. This is my favorite spa on Long Island. I was there on Wednesday, May 23rd for a facial, eyebrow waxing and massage. And WOW, my face glowed, my eyebrows look amazing. Both the facial and massage were top notch. Maya did my facial. Lilly did my massage. Both were friendly, courtesy and very knowledgeable. From the moment you walk you until the moment you leave you feel like family. All the staff are so nice and friendly. It's a warm atmosphere. I highly, highly recommend this spa. I have been going to Cloud 9 Spa for 7 years. They don't disappoint.

I've been to a bunch of licensed therapists in my time, but they all eventually just follow a timed-routine and I feel like certain areas don't get the necessary focus they deserve. This was not the case with Tanya. SHe knew how much time to spend on each area and did a marvelous job. Not only that, but she decided to work on me for a few extra minutes because she knew I needed the work. Very professional, extremely nice and great hands! I will see you again!

Tanya is Amazing! I had the signature massage done. I told her exactly how much pressure to apply and she loosened every muscle and released every bit of tension my body was holding on to. My face even looked refreshed and relaxed after the massage. I highly recommend Cloud 9 Spa! Very pleased with my visit!
