Christopher is a gifted massage therapist who is incredibly skilled in prenatal massage. I got massages from him during both of my pregnancies. He provided me with one of the most profound experiences with body work I've ever had! I went to see him when I was 40 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and feeling incredibly depleted and exhausted. 90 minutes later, I was restored, rejuvenated, and felt mentally and physically prepared for birth. He used some powerful induction points during our session, and my daughter started moving like crazy! I was able to feel her descending into the pelvis, and less than 24 hours later I was in labor. I can't speak highly enough about the skill, attention, and intention that Christopher offers his clients. Pure magic!

Going to Guided Touch Massage was such great experience; Chris was very helpful with explaining everything he was doing and making it as comfortable a visit as possible. I went for a deep tissue massage due to an injury and he gave me recommendations on what I could do at home to help with the healing process. Such a lovely experience today at Guided Touch Massage in Ithaca, NY. Christopher is an intuitive, sweet natured, directed and skillful massage therapist. Excellent, fool proof online booking system on the website. Very clear list of services and treatments available, the hot stone massage is incredible! Truly a rejuvenating and therapeutic massage in a Victorian era built building. Beautifully designed studio and waiting area with pleasant seating and LOTS of plants. Highly recommend. He even offered tips on how to adjust and stretch out some of the injuries I had coming to the appointment. Generous with his time and dedicated to his practice. Professional and kind. Will absolutely book again soon.

Christopher is the best Massage Therapist! He is skilled, thoughtful, and really a very kind being. The sessions are extremely productive; my preference is deep tissue. He has helped me through years of lower back pain and recent surgery. You will not be disappointed!
