Pretty sure this is one “of those” parlors. The ladies were dressed up with make up. When I asked for a foot massage they asked me how much I was going tip & they then demanded a certain amount per service. They also doing have chairs for a place that does foot massage 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
