My friend and I went here for a 1 hr massage and let me tell you, it was a blissful experience. We went there looking tired and went out looking refreshed as if we just woke up from a restful and quality sleep. The place is well maintained–looks clean and smells clean, from the actual massage room, to the restroom. The massage was amazing! Above all, the staff were great and friendly. Kudos to Frank, Linda, Kevin and to the whole team. Thank you and we will be back for sure.

I’ve visited MB Spa multiple times and have always appreciated the quality of service. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff provides excellent care. However, I am giving a three-star review due to my experience at the reception. A male staff member insisted of store policy is to leave a 33% gratuity, which I found inappropriate. While I typically leave a 25% tip and believe in rewarding good service, I think gratuity should always remain at the discretion of the customer. As someone in the service industry myself, I understand the value of tips, but I don’t think it’s fair to enforce or pressure clients regarding this matter. Overall, the spa is great, but this aspect detracts from an otherwise enjoyable experience. In this case I won’t coming back.

I’ve been going here for two years I haven’t been in a while. It seems like they got new management. this place has completely gone downhill. This was one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. The lady at the desk is very rude. The massage lady left the door open so people were watching me in the hallway. There was absolutely no privacy stay away from this place at all costs, this place is no longer any good

It used to be a nice massage place until the management changed. I came today for my back massage and was surprised that the people who used to work there were no longer there. The receptionist told me that it was different management now but I had bad back pain so I decided to stay. She told me that there was 1 room available and told me to follow her to the room. It was not clean yet so she asked me to wait. I can see that she changed the sheet and fixed the bed but did not change the towel. So I told her that she needed to replace a new towel but I was surprised by her reaction and walked away while talking in Chinese. I didn't understand what she said but I knew it was not good whatever it was as I can see it on her face. I just decided to walk out and will never come back again.
