This is the best massage practice that I have ever been to and I keep coming back after several months! The staff are experts with decades of experience and listen to your needs. They are good people, very kind and accommodating. Diana is such an amazing person and very effective! She is very considerate and will work with you to understand your needs. So happy to have found Valley Massage. If you have NYSHIP and are in need of medical massage, look into Valley Massage. I live in chronic neck pain due to a congenital degenerative spine disorder. What I have is a rare disease. That did not scare Diana away. She was excited to take on the challenge and even looked up Klippel Feil Syndrome before my first session.
