So as far as a good head spa space it’s pretty decent!! It’s semi private so each “room” has a set up of two basins. There was one private area from what I saw. The lights aren’t blasting you in the face when you’re being worked on, which is great. They do a great 20 minute arm massage while your hair is steamed. Then they do a face neck and chest massage. Then hair brushing/scalp stimulation with wood combs. I did see a tiny roach (which I killed) but none outside of that…. So I deducted a star for that. It’s nyc, roaches are unfortunately everywhere.

Please give me one star back ( I don’t want to give any stars) Here is my review 1. I couldn't find the place because the actual store name was different from the company name. So, I had to change the appointment time because I got lost, and I couldn’t explain to them why I was late because they don't understand English. 2. After changing the appointment time, I had to wait 40 minutes for my turn. While lying down on the uncomfortable bed, they turned on steam over my head, making it too hot. I had to take my head out of the steam box, and I felt very dizzy. Can you imagine stay in hot steam with your head for 40 minutes? She supposed to inform me that I have to wait I probably will come back the other day. 3. The bed was very hard, causing discomfort in my hips and back. The massager provided some cushion for my hips. 4.It is not a private service. I noticed that during the massage, the curtains were left open the entire time. Although there were no other customers, my spot was in front of the elevator, and my curtains were left open. I couldn't believe it. 5. The service was poor. I don’t know who massaged me or if they were professional. The massage was painful, and at times, it felt like she was using her nails. It got so painful that I had to ask her to stop. Sometimes I struggle to communicate what I don't like. I don’t know what is right because I am not professional. However I learned it after this situation 6. This is the worst part that WHY I wanted to write the review Tips: As you can see, my entire experience was unsatisfactory. Honestly, I don’t even want to give a tip. However, when asked, I gave a tip of $9, which is close to 20% of what I paid. She then asked if I had to pay $10 per person. I have never heard of any service job DEMANDING ADDITIONAL TIPS . It was ridiculous, but I gave more tips than I wanted to avoid arguing with someone who doesn't speak English. I knew it would waste my time and energy.

THEIR ADVERTISEMENT IS A BAIT. Posted an ad for them for a free treatment and now they’re saying that they have to “look” for the record. Gave them 24 hours and they never gave me a response to if they “found” it or not. Horrible business that is not truth to their word.

I came here for about 5-6 times now. Everytime it was an awesome service. The most recent time, I got a bad bruise after my massage here. I won’t be back. There is a lot of massage places in flushing, service can also be meh.
