The best massage I’ve ever had! After experiencing several days of headaches caused by tension in my neck and shoulders, I decided to visit the White Plains Spa. I was able to book a 30-minute appointment for the same day after work, and it exceeded all my expectations. Despite the short session, I received an incredible deep tissue massage. The massage therapist intuitively focused on the most painful areas in my neck, providing much-needed relief. I left a cash tip because the pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other massage services in the area. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to everyone!

This was my first experience at this location. I arrived and was quickly ushered back to a room to get undressed. There was soft soothing music overhead. A very pleasant young lady (everyone looks young to me now a days) came in. This was the best 60 minute I have had in years. I think she may have suspended time 😁. I believe her name was Lind and I would definitely ask for her again.

My friend and I caught up with each other while enjoying such a lovely massage. The two female masseuse's were cognizant of our different needs and it was the best 60 minutes to catch up with someone. The facility was clean, no frills, and the price was unmatched. I would definitely go again and recommend that you give it a shot!
