I came here for a scalp massage since I have been seeing these are starting to be very popular. I did not enjoy it at all! The lady that performed the massage was very rough massaging my head. Then she put this ginger base cream and kept massaging very hard, and after that they turned on this machine that was super hot. At that point my head felt like it was burning. It was actually very painful. I had to tell the lady multiple times that she was too rough. After she saw that I was in pain the guy of the front desk came to see what was going on, and I explained to him that this was not relaxing at all! That is was actually very painful. After that the lady washed my head and was more gentle, but at that point I was already in pain and just wanted it to be done. I was expecting maybe a neck massage, but that was not included. I am never doing this again. I think next time it is best if they explain that they use a ginger base product that could cause burning sensation. I also think when they apply heat it should not be so hot, and I think the massage needs to be more gentle, and not a deep tissue scalp massage. I do need to say that the place was very clean, the person on the front desk was nice and my husband said the deep tissue massage was good.

I really wanted to enjoy this place but I really can’t say anything good about this place only good thing I liked was the bed that was provided for the massage was warm and heated. I saw the Google reviews and was surprised with all the positive reviews so I decided to come check it out for myself. Greeted by the guy in the front, not so friendly they just want to get paid first. Okay went to the bathroom saw the Korean sauna they advertised but no one provided any information on that service. Well the massage was decent at first but 10 minutes into the massage the guy in the front comes in the room, at this point I’m butt naked and did not want to be disturbed but he comes to sell this special relaxation cream for relief for 5$ more. I told him I was good and they used another body oil for the massage. I was totally turned off. They should have advertised this in the beginning instead try to get you when you feeling your best. The second thing that turned me off was the towel they used to dry me it was rough it hurts when she was trying to clean me from the oil. Will not go back!

The spa was very very good. The staff was very friendly and they are on top of their appointments. The prices are so affordable and worth it. My only concern is the mini curtains they have for each room. They should replace them or get a second curtain thats longer wider to provide better privacy for each room. This way no one walking in the hallways can see into your room. We would all appreciate that.

I had an amazing experience with my recent massage! The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and kind, setting the tone for a wonderful visit. The massage therapists were exceptional, ensuring my comfort throughout and being very respectful of my privacy. My back and body feel so much better now. They are also very clean. Thank you to the entire team—I will definitely be back again!
