I had a fantastic and professional experience at Bronx Wellness Acupuncture and Massage. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant and the atmosphere of the facility was relaxing. I utilized my birthday offer for a 90 minute massage with masseuse Bianca who was amazing! I look forward to my next visit.

I had a terrible experience here with the acupuncture service. I have never had acupuncture before. I scheduled acupuncture & a massage. The acupuncturist said we usually don’t include “this” for the Groupon but I will give it to you. She then hooked up electricity to the needles, turned on the machine & left the room! The needles were burning a little but I had no idea what it was supposed to feel like. Fast forward a couple weeks the pain in my neck & arm I came to get help with increased exponentially. It feels like some sort of nerve damage. To top it off, the service was terrible by employees at all levels, front desk to the acupuncturist were so lazy & disorganized they left me in the room for over 20 minutes past my start time. I had to go out and inquire. They both blamed me & said the acupuncturist didn’t know I was there because “I closed the door” That’s so ridiculous and lazy & unorganized. I had to do massage first. The massage was a 4 at best. It’s been a couple months or so since I went & in last 2 weeks the constant NEW pain has subsided a little. I’m going to get checked out and hope this isn’t permanent damage that I have to sue over. Needless to say Do NOT go here. Maybe for a massage. I don’t know if I just got a bad masseuse. But definitely do not got for acupuncture. They don’t know what they are doing & you could be injured like I was. The only positive is the employees were nice. But the actual services are terrible.

I've been coming here for almost a year now for massage and acupuncture gotta say the money is so worth it. I've dealt with pain for a while. Being consistent with acupuncture and massage appointments lowered the pain a great deal. The people are very friendly also so it helps with the atmosphere.

I have been coming to this place for years. I love Brandy as my massage therapist. I fell asleep because of how relaxed I was. She’s truly detailed at what she does & has a gift of angelic healing hands. I highly recommend her as well all the therapists at Bronx Wellness including Uma, Yuko, Norvelys, Bianca & Adalberto. Thankful for everyone at this wellness center for making me feel like family.
