I love Renew Day Spa. This play is a Manhattan gem. The masseuses are talented and thorough. I came back and brought my partner (who only gets sports massages). He was impressed with how deep/hard pressure the massages are. I can’t wait for my next massage!

First of all, this review was not written to get any special offers. I didn't know there was such an offer. After 1 year of coming here and referring friends, I have finally written a review and recommend this place. When I come to NYC, I try to make it a point to stop here to enjoy a massage by one of the masseurs whose strength does not diminish over time. In the DC area, most of massage folks say they come from NYC, but it seems like they do not massage as well. One or two do massage like those at Renew Day Spa. Also, one of the best things about Renew Day Spa is the price! Many places in DC have raised prices possibly to match other brand name massage places etc, and I don't think it is worth it based on some of the people's techniques. My friends and I like the massage technique here. Also, it is worth noting that massaging is not easy and to keep up the strength is pretty impressive for 90 min. Just because the price is cheap, one should not give a tip based on a % because I feel that is too little unless they didn't do a good job of course. For example, I get a $7 haircut on Bayard but I give $5. 20% of $7 is $1.40 which is absurd. I have not tried their other services such as foot massages since I prefer the 90 min full body massages.

This was my first massage ever - I did the 60 min massage and 15 min foot massage. My masseuse made sure to check with me on pressure (I requested soft to medium), which I greatly appreciated as a first timer!! I requested no neck massage and my masseuse did not pressure me into getting it. Overall, I had a great experience and my masseuse definitely got the knots out without applying too much pressure. I had many knots so was slightly uncomfortable from the pressure at one point but now that I’ve finished my massage, my body (and mind) feel so relaxed and at ease. I will be returning!

This place was exactly what we needed after taking 36,000 steps within just 30 hours of being here! From the moment we walked in, it was a haven of relaxation. The spa is spotless, the ambiance is tranquil, and the service is absolutely incredible. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, and it was clear that they prioritize their clients’ comfort and care. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful escape to recharge, this is the place to go. On of the best massages I’ve ever had! My 90min felt so good. I think I even fell asleep. Usually massages are painful for me but therapist did amazing. He got the knots out without putting me in more pain. This is now going to be apart of self care routine
