I had a wonderful experience here, I do wish I would have gotten a deep tissue massage, as she was a little light on the pressure of my massage. I got an aromatherapy massage, and it was very enjoyable. I left feeling relaxed and calm. They even have good deals on Groupon for this spa. Good prices. I do recommend.

Terrible Experience – Complete Waste of Time and Money! I wish I had a zero-star option to rate. I bought a Groupon voucher for a 60-minute aromatherapy, hot stone, and hot towel massage, and it was absolutely awful. There was no aromatherapy or any kind of therapeutic experience at all—it’s just a bunch of fancy words meant to lure in customers. Honestly, I felt completely cheated. The so-called "hot stones" were nothing of the sort, and the towel they used wasn’t even warm! In fact, it was cold and uncomfortable. I communicated my concerns to the front desk, and they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive about the whole situation. They didn’t even attempt to resolve the issue or make things right. This place is a total scam. I will never be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay far away if you want an actual relaxing and therapeutic massage experience!

Today I went and got a 30 minute back massage by Mei. And it was exactly what my back and tightened muscles needed. She listened and did wonders! The pressure was on point, she got all of my knots out- she never fails. Always does amazing job. Go and ask for Mei! I’m a regular client of yours now, will always go back. May and Coco provide exceptional service with professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. I highly recommend them for a full-body massage if you're in the Staten Island area.
