I’m guessing the person at the front desk is the owner. First and foremost, all these massage places seem the same, run by the same types of people. The person who did my massage was hanging out by the front, waiting for her tip. Every massage place I’ve been to, they all do that weird stuff. I paid for my service, and a tip isn’t guaranteed. When I was done, the person at the front was mad rude and nasty, counted the money, and said something to the lady who massaged me in her language. I didn’t add the tip to the money because I was planning to hand it to her directly. When I gave her the tip, she laughed and threw the money on the desk because she wanted more. She forgot I wanted a head massage, was a little rough, and throwing money isn’t going to make me tip more. I tip based on customer service, not just the service. I’m never coming back here or recommending this place.

So, I would have given a 5* review, but I was extremely offended at the end. So, I did a 60 min deep tissue massage ($55) and a 60 min foot rub ($35), that came to $90. I gave a $20 tip, which is more than the 20% average, and the lady called me cheap! I ended up giving an extra $10, but that made it more than a 30% tip! I'm sorry, but I don't make the prices and the common tipping method is 15%-20% of the cost! I have been to this place many times AND recommended it to others, now my relaxing massage gas left me upset. I did call for. 2 pm appointment, and they forgot to mark it down, so I waited an extra 45 to begin with. I was ok with waiting, but to be insulted at the end by being called cheap, was too much. I will NOT be going back.

Had a VERY relaxing foot massage. Much needed. Definitely worth $35 for 1hr. I would give 5 stars, except after tipping more than 20%, but less than their "recommended" amount of $15/HR, the woman looked down at the cash and said "a little more please?" And showed me a clipboard of their tipping policy. That's damn near 50%! Very rude. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm not sure I'd go back. Anything over 20% for a service is generous in my opinion. There are plenty of other places around that I'm sure give great massages as well without getting aggravated with rude requests after an hour of bliss! You get what you get and you don't get upset! Oh, and I also provided my own spa music since it was completely silent. Not sure if that's how it is usually, but maybe bring headphones.

worst massage of my life do not go here. The woman giving me my massage did not speak English, which is not her fault but I kept telling her I didn't like what she was doing and she didn't understand me. Total waste of money. And to top it all off I tipped over 20% and they rudely spoke in their language in front of me and when I asked what it was, they said that I didn't tip enough. Unbelievable! I am outraged, and I honestly couldn't wait for the massage to be over. I didn't want to pay for it in the first place it was terrible. I would give it zero stars if I could

I just moved to the area , I called Booked appointment and wasn’t disappointed! I love a good foot massage! Next time I’m getting 90min! Definitely recommend
