I am in shock that this place has a license to do massages. I called at 10am to ask if they had an 11:30 opening for a 90 min deep tissue. They said yes, and she sounded like she could speak english. Being able to communicate at the beginning or during a massage is very important. But apparently the main person was sick, so this other lady who speaks zero English took me. They should have just said they had no availability. From the minute I walked in, it was a disaster. The onlt thing she cared about was that i paid cash and paid first. I had to say everything into her phone, and it still didn't translate properly. She didn't understand anything I said. All I wanted was a semi deep tissue massage. I needed to relax after a rough week and also release muscle tension. I saw that deep to rigorous on her phone. I have had several massages. They always put me under a towel. There was no towel, which was fine, but just because I asked about it, she gave me one, and then proceeded to try to massage my back over the towel!!!! I threw the towel off, pulling a muscle near my neck. She was massaging ferociously fast on dry skin, so I asked it there was oil. Then she used oil. No scent. (Music also horrible and not relaxing). After about a half hour, I finally asked if she thought deep meant fast. She could not understand me. She called her boss. Her boss spoke with me on the phone. Her English was a little better. She was very apologetic. She said she was sick and was using that lady to help while she was sick. She let the lady give me my money back, and I left 1/3 through the massage. Both ladies were very apologetic. I could tell the lady doing my massage did understand some muscle/massage stuff, but without communication, a massage is not worth it. I didn't think I'd need to say much at all, but you'd be surprised what u need to say when u have no voice at all
