My husband and I have gone to Niagara Falls two years in a row for vacation. Both years I have gone to Relax Spa for a massage after our long travels. The first time I went, the massage was excellent. I enjoy deep tissue massage and the guy really got in there. The first experience was so great I decided to return back this year. This past year I went and it was a different experience. The gentleman working on me kept coughing and sniffling during the massage. He had no mask on and I just felt very uncomfortable with him coughing on my back and coughing into his hands and proceeding to massage me. About five minutes into the massage I asked him if he was sick. I said I felt very uncomfortable with him coughing on me and into his hands as he's working on me. Him and the other worker began speaking to one another and the woman had come and taken over the massage. I was stressed the entire massage and unfortunately was not a relaxing experience. If anyone is sick or coughing on customers or coughing into their hands and then touching customers to me this is health risk. I am not sure that I would return after this experience.
