Gab Hoff is a terrific massage therapist. Each session is tailored to the needs of the client. He chooses from multiple modalities depending on my needs and goals for each session. Once I started seeing Gab, I wouldn't consider going to any other massage therapist. I have not worked with Kate, but I have heard wonderful things about her. The massage room is a welcoming space, very comfortable, inviting serenity. Metta Morpho Massage always exceeds my expectations. I recommend it highly.

Gabriel is an intuitive therapist and a wonderful listener. He enters the calming and beautiful massage space that he and Kate have created equipped with a wide array of massage and body work modalities at his command. His expansive tool box allows him to address each client where they are at, with the work their body is ready to take in. Being on Gab's table is truly a healing and nurturing experience.

It is such a treat to receive a Shiatsu session with Gab! His session space is super inviting and calming. Each Shiatsu session I received from Gab was tailored to my needs that day. My body and soul felt so restored and recharged by the end of the session. Plus, Gab was really helpful in offering exercises/strategies to help me minimize the pain in my body. I love getting to see Gab for a session!

I was visiting Ithaca and booked a massage with Gabriel as the location was very convenient (right in downtown) to my accommodations. From the moment I arrived, Gabriel sat me down and really wanted to know my problem/tension areas and what I hoped to get out of the massage. The massage itself was just incredible. I went in with a headache that I had been dealing with for 3 days, and left without one. Everything we had discussed as a problem area he focused on and I was truly amazed. He has a true gift. Do yourself a favor and get a massage with him!!
