This place gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I had a young man but the name of Peter as my masseuse. He gave me a very firm pressure full body massage (I got the 30 minute back rub option) I was very pleased with the time he spent and the detail of my massage. He stretched all of my muscles, used pressure point techniques and got rid of pain and tension I wasn't even aware that I had at first. Like I said the pressure is firm which is the only way I enjoy the massage but if you want a lighter pressure let them know before hand.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here with my girlfriend last week for a foot and leg massage. The masseuse clearly was not sanitary and didn't wash his hands prior to the massage because right after I went, I quickly developed folliculitis on my leg hairs and now have rashes covering both legs. Now I have to see a dermatologist who specifically told me this is common from massage parlors that are unsanitary and don't take care in proper hygiene. AVOID! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of my masseuse, but I just would never come back. The prices were cheap for a reason. Honestly I deserve a full refund and payment for the treatments that I need for this now. Disgusted.

Foot massage was excellent for the price. Feedback- scratchy towels instead of soft linens and proximity to the very busy front door took away from overall “spa” experience.. a few slight modifications and this could easily have been a more elevated experience. I wore headphones to drown out the busy front desk and closed my eyes, it was helpful to really settle into the massage. (The guest in the chair next to me fell asleep and was snoring really loudly!) That said, if was such a delightful way to treat myself and I’ll be returning!!

I came here for a second time, thought I would give it another try, unfortunately their back massage was not for me. I had a male masseuse and he went in with full strength, I told him to go softer and he did for a few minutes and dug in again. He used his knuckles and kept going over the same spots over and over. A few hours after the massage, my back felt like it was totally bruised, but there was no visible bruise. I wasn't relaxed during the massage since it was rather painful. Perhaps their specialty is foot massages, which I have not tried. I certainly would not recommend them for back massages.

I’ve frequented this establishment for years and most of the people working there give great massages. I booked an appointment for two people, but the second person got sick and unfortunately I was only given an hour’s notice to inform the spa that there would only be one person. The woman lectured me on the phone about it, but I brushed it off. I got there and the massage was great but the overall experience was soured at the end when the same woman gave me my second lecture of the day, this time in a room full of customers. I understand, as she put it, that because she booked the appointment for two people she let other customers go and I sympathize with this. However, I have no control over whether a person gets sick and can’t make it, so I didn’t appreciate being lectured and blamed, especially when I’m paying to relax. I’ve been a long time customer but not sure I’ll return now. This place would benefit from improved customer service.
