This is one of my favorite massage places but today was the last time they would ever see me and my boyfriend. Everything was going well until the very end. We paid in the beginning so when we finished we were gonna leave. Usually I’m very big on tips I work in the customer service industry so that’s something I never let slide I was gonna leave $20 on the table cash (only 20 because they were speaking the whole time and laughing). As we’re heading out one of the masseuses stops us and asked “oh did you leave tip?” that straight off the bat caught me off guard completely but my boyfriend being super nice went along with it and proceeded to put a tip, but clearly that tip wasn’t high enough for her and she had no problem express it 3 different times before she was satisfied with the amount that was placed. Her exact words were “ it’s 90 min for 2 people tip must be higher than 50”. That part completely baffled me. As a salon owner I would never allow my workers to tell a customer how much their tip should be. We called the owner to tell them about the situation and he couldn’t care less. Which just indicated to me that this place is not the place I believe it was. Super heart breaking

I really don’t know what happened to this place. After reading some of the reviews. I had the same experience where people are hounding you for tips! I don’t know if they changed management but when we first started here it was great until recently. So for this reason me and my daughter are never coming back

Just received the absolute worst massage of my entire life there. Missed about half the areas on my body including 0 minutes spent on arms, neck, shoulder, feet and spent 30 minutes gently rubbing the skin on my left leg followed by 10 minutes gently rubbing the skin on my right leg. I honestly did not know massages got this bad

I’ve been here 3 times including this recent visit. This was the first time I had a male masseuse, unbeknownst to me. I won’t be going back to him in the future. The knots I had in my neck are still there after leaving and the whole massage seemed like he was rushing through it. Like what’s the hurry? Lol He used very little lotion so there was a lot of friction as well. Unfortunately, It wasn’t as relaxing as I was hoping it’d be. Updated: I visited today and had a female masseuse. She was amazing and I had a great massage and experience overall.

I recently visited for a massage session, hoping to relax and relieve some tension in my muscles. However, my experience turned out to be a nightmare. The male masseuse applied excessive pressure to the center of my back, causing me immense pain. After the session, I found myself in agony and unable to sleep the entire night. Not only did I have to endure physical discomfort, but the worry of worsening pain in my back also kept me up. I would strongly advise against visiting unless you enjoy leaving with more pain than you came in with. This experience has left me hesitant to ever consider returning. This was my first and worst experience ever. I wished I had read the reviews prior to deciding to go here.
