Let’s be honest… this is a 0 star review. I’ll start off by saying I chose to book an appointment with Crystal based on her positive google reviews and that only. What a mistake. This has been nothing short of a horrible experience. What should have been relaxing has turning into a complete headache. I drove 30 minutes to my appointment to find the door locked. I called Crystal two times and got no answer. I waited for outside the door like an idiot for a minutes until I got back in my car and left. About 10 minutes after my appointment should have started, I get a text message from Crystal “that her car just broke down and asked if I could reschedule to the next day”. To which I replied yes and never got another text back. About 4 hours later, I get an email from Crystal saying not only did her car break down but her phone died too. And “she’s waiting for a tow truck”. Yeah ok, the perfect storm. In that email she asks if I can reschedule to which I respond yes and asked when? NO ANSWER. Here we are, 3 days later and I’m still emailing her asking for a refund. And guess what? NO ANSWER. This girl is so incredibly unprofessional that I truly can’t believe it. No one is that busy that they can’t respond to a text or an email. So now I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge because I was charged for services that I didn’t receive. Thank you Crystal, for making this an awful experience. If your car really did break down which I don’t believe for a minute- I hope the mechanic doesn’t show up to fix it and they charge you for work they don’t actually do. Go somewhere else folks. This lady is a red flag that takes your money and disappears.

I never knew how therapeutic and relaxing massage could be. Crystal is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable person. She has a lifelong client. She deserves more than the five stars I can give her here.

The massage was excellent, very relaxing. Crystal takes the time on areas that need the extra work, she is strong and gentle as needed. After she gives advice and exercises on how to keep your body in better shape. I have another appointment booked with her. I highly recommend Crystal for massage therapy.

I HIGHLY recommend. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Crystal. She has always got me in quickly when I had an “emergency” The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. I’ve barley been able to walk and every time I have always felt like a brand new person after leaving. She has a heated table and plays very relaxing music quietly. She truly cares about making you feel better. She takes her time and does a very thorough job. She also does research based on her clients health conditions to make sure what she does can’t hurt them, and also what may benefit their condition! She is very interested in what she does and is always learning new things to help treat her clients better. She is also affordable!
