Absolutely Terrible Service I had an awful experience here. After explaining the service I wanted, they made me pay upfront, which was fine—until I noticed a $5 credit card fee on the receipt. Not ideal, but I decided to go ahead. When my massage started, the therapist left the room three times during the session, which was incredibly disruptive. Throughout the entire massage, she kept complaining about how tight my muscles were. Honestly, I came for relief, not commentary—just do your job and help alleviate the tension. At the end of the session, she walked out without saying much. I decided to still offer her a tip, even though the massage felt like the bare minimum. When I handed her the tip, she demanded a 50% tip. When I declined and told her how much I was willing to give, she rolled her eyes, handed my card back in a huff, refused the tip, and stormed off, snatching her phone on the way to the back. This was by far the worst customer service. On top of that, the unexpected card fee felt like a scam. Avoid this place at all costs!
Celebrated my birthday with an awesome massage! The therapist (didn’t get her name) was amazing and best birthday gift to myself! Thank you soo much! Definitely recommend
Very relaxing massage and great atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and always leave feeling great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great massage and friendly staff.
Called and asked if they had times open that evening yet for a couples massage. Thay asked what time I wanted, I told them and they gave me a later time, no big deal but it was like a negotiation. I also asked if we would get the warm oil and also the hot rocks on this massage, I got, "oh yes, yes all of that." We made the appointment. We got there about 30 minutes early and we expected to wait but they seemed confused about why we would do that. A younger lady told us, "let me call manager." I tried to make it clear that we know we are early and could just wait but she got on the phone anyway. When she got off the phone she told us we would e to wait. I ket her know, not an issue. She then put us in the room but with no instructions. We sat there for a while and decided to get ready ourselves. The younger lady came in the room and started on me but no one started on my wife for about 5 minutes when the second masseuse came in and started on her. While we were getting massaged we heard someone in the lobby yelling and my masseuse started yelling back at them. After a little more shouting my masseuse rushed out of the room. There was more shouting in the lobby and I laid there for what felt like 10 solid minutes while this continued. The masseuse came back in, did the front of us and said, "all done." NO HOT ROCKS! We went to pay and they had trouble running my card, she had to get another person, probably in the middle of a massage, to help her run my card. They charged me an extra $7 for running my card, so bring cash. I still tipped them but even though they are right up the street from me, I will think again before I use them.
Massage was okay, but the rest was questionable. My experience may not be identical to everyone because my wife and I went in for a couple's massage session, but if you're going here for a couple's massage, read this review. If you go to their website, you see these great photos of a couple's massage suite. That is a stock photo. There is no suite with two beds. In fact, my guess is that their entire website was basically bought as is and they only updated the name of the business, as there were several discrepancies. None of the photos matched the inside of the parlor. Also, they had offers on the website that they won't give you. There was supposed to be a $20 discount for couples massages, but they didn't seem to know anything about it and we didn't get it even though it's on their site. Making matters worse, nobody working there spoke conversational English. This was a problem because we couldn't really discuss the price options, not could we discuss needs for the massage, like my lower back that I'd wanted a little more work on but couldn't really communicate. To their credit, after we communicated to them (mostly through Google translate) what we wanted, they shoehorned two beds into one room. The physical massage was nice, but there were a number of issues during it. They had a CD player for music, but didn't play it. The walls are tissue thin, so you could hear everything from their door chimes to the dogs in the groomers next door barking. Also, they heated the room with a little portable space heater. It was cold, and my wife wanted a cover. They had trouble understanding so she wasn't covered for a while, but eventually she got a towel on her shoulders because they didn't have anything else. Another issue. They were apparently the only workers there and let the room to answer phones or check the door repeatedly. They left the door open every time, and didn't close it upon coming into the room. We were in the very front room, literally laying on a table with our bare backsides exposed and the door wide open. Anyone coming in could see us in all our glory. That was extremely embarrassing. When it was finally over, we tried to pay a tip and leave. My wife asked about the two extra dollars on our bill, which we were told was a fee for using a card instead of cash. Okay, well the experience wasn't great, so I have them a $16 tip (figuring $8 per masseuse). They told us the tip is $10 each and asked for more money. Bottom line, if all you want is a massage and don't care about mandatory tipping or leaving your derriere on display to everyone coming in their doors, it's probably not bad. If you want what's on their website, think twice.
