The massage therapist was very nice and professional, but I couldn't enjoy my massage for a few reasons. It was chilly out, which made it on the cooler side on the inside. There were no bed warmers, no hand warmers, no heated blankets, all of which I'm used to at spas, I was under a towel and freezing so I ended my massage about 10 minutes in. I guess it's on me for not verifying before booking. There was a clock ticking louder than the relaxing music, my face was in a paper towel, and the room didn't promote relaxation. There was an empty papertowel roll and carpet cleaning solution on the table in the corner. I'm glad others had great experiences, but I did not and will not return.

My husband and I came to visit Pensacola from New Orleans for a weekend. We decided to book a massage on our first day here to decompress and it was fantastic! Tina and Cameron were amazing and provided a massage for both of us that was no short of heavenly. My husband booked the Swedish massage, but right before switched to the deep tissue massage and he hasn't stopped talking about how great it was. We will be back!

My husband and I are from out of state and decided to try out King & Queen Massage & Spa. We are giving a 5 star review for many reasons! The facility was so clean, the environment was so comfortable, the rooms were so nice, the vibe was just right, the price was spot on, and the massage was magical! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and Tina worked so hard on it and it's feeling so much better already! Will dfinitely recommend and be back! Hands down the BEST deep tissue massage I’ve ever got! I get massages on a monthly basis and this was by far the best experience! I was a little worried because she had some bad reviews but PLEASE don’t let that stop you from booking! The place was clean and Tina was very professional. Tina did a fantastic job at doing a thorough full body massage, head, neck, back, glutes, legs, feet, arms, legs and even my face. Absolutely amazing! I called the same day, she got me and my daughter in and we both loved our massage. My daughter had Linda and she also did a phenomenal job. We were catching a flight that evening and having this massage was the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend Tina and I look forward to coming back every time we are in town!
