I called Peyton last minute to arrange a special surprise for my husband and me for our anniversary in Frankfurt, Kentucky. Peyton was incredibly accommodating and worked her magic to send two amazing therapists for a mobile couples massage right to our location. The entire experience was exceptional! The therapists were professional, skilled, and created a serene atmosphere that allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the moment. It was the perfect way to celebrate our special day, and we felt pampered and rejuvenated afterward. Thank you, Peyton, for making our anniversary so memorable! Evolve massage has been a great addition to my life. I have been seeing Payton for about a year for deep tissue massage… she is absolutely one of the best. Her approach for me has always been intuitive and kind . Also I have recently started the Sauna in my routine sometimes just going in for a relaxing 😅 sweat. A nice time to read or just clear your mind. I highly recommend putting this into a routine …… very affordable and I have built up to an hour these days. Thank you Payton!

I highly recommend Evolve Massage Therapy & Spa!! Payton is the best massage therapist I've ever gone to! I need deep tissue massages to help with my pain, and many massage therapists don't have the strength to provide the amount of pressure I need. Payton applies the perfect amount of pressure and works out the trigger spots, and I always feel great after my massage! The environment is also warm, friendly, and inviting. Payton and Dallas make you feel at ease and have a genuine interest in you as a person. Scheduling is flexible and convenient, and you can add services, like infrared sauna, ala carte style. I recently had a massage at one of the top gyms in Chicago, and, while the therapist did a good job, it didn't come near the quality that Payton provides, which validates my opinion even further.

Peyton and Dallas are both AMAZING!! Peyton did lymphatic massage on me after I had an abdominoplasty and it really helped me heal. She is very knowledgeable about what she’s doing and gave me some great advice. She doesn’t want you to keep spending money if she doesn’t think you need something done. I saw Dallas just last night after Peyton was nice enough to help book me with her at the last minute. I had so many knots in my back due to stress (and life) and Dallas really dug into them. It hurt so good!

My daughter and I visited Evolve for massages and the Sauna. We each had really good massages and we enjoyed the sauna experience. The establishment was very clean and well kept. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the calming atmosphere. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We would recommend a visit for anyone looking for the type of services that they provide.
