A lot of people complain about it being "unprofessional" but really it's just a more laid back attitude. You go to some American places and you literally have to sign a consent form saying it's okay for them to slightly touch your thigh. The cultural impact of living in a litigious society isn't reflected and that's a relief. Admittedly they aren't flawless. It was really cold in there and could be much better decorated but once I'm laying down who cares. I went there a while ago and the woman who gave me a massage made me feel comfortable, didn't make anything feel awkward, was great about pressure, and even had a great sense of humor. Honestly I would probably give them four stars because the atmosphere wasn't the best but I feel like I need to make up for all the bad reviews.

Had an appointment set up for 930pm, got there walked in,greated by staff that were on the phone, not really paying attention, walked into room, asked for 1 hour with a shower and told me they close at 10 which i understood so I settled for 30 mins, so I took a 5 min shower, got back to the room, laid down, started to massage my back which only last for 5 minutes then got interrupted by their phone texting, then went to my legs for half a minute then spent 10 minutes on my feet, had me turn over, and barely massaged me, interrupted again by a phone call, and i over heard another customer come in and ask for an hour and received a yes,and at that time the masseuse said my time was up,and I looked at the clock and it wasn't 10pm yet, so i dressed, and talk about pushy for tip, and wanted to charge my card a second time for the tip, im sorry but absolutely horrible service does not deserve a tip, needles to say left mad and disgusted, I highly do not recommend this establishment

Didn't have a great experience. .host had an unwelcoming demeanor when I entered as if she forgot she worked there. Very pushy about a tip, and although massage was ok, was at some points a bit (too) firm

I went there for a 30 minute massage and it experienced intense pain the whole time, due to the therapist applying too much pressure. I told her to lighten up an it seems that the worst pain happened after that. Long story short, every since the massage, my right shoulder has been in agony, and hasn't felt this bad since I tore my rotator cuff in high school. That was 27 years ago. Maybe she did tear my cuff. Headed to the doctor tomorrow for some xrays. Avoid at all cost.
