www.healingtouch-rochester.comThis was a warm and inviting space with responsive, helpful, and skilled staff. Friends bought me the signature facial experience while I was in town for a Mayo Clinic visit. It was a wonderful stress relief, opportunity to recharge and focus on something else. The facial was incredibly relaxing, the products smelled wonderful and my skin felt amazing after leaving. I would highly recommend.
My husband and I just went in for a couples massage. The atmosphere was very calming and our massages were the best we’ve ever had. It was so nice to get to relax in the hot tub and sauna afterwords as well. We will definitely be back!
I was a patron of Healing Touch on Wednesday February 5, 2025.Kylie assisted me with the checkin process and checkout. She was professional and friendly. I had a hydration facial with Shelly. The add-on services included LED light, dermplaning, eye & lip treat, & scalp massage. My skin was so hydrated it is wonderful. Shelly was personable and knowledgeable. I’m pleased with my choice of service and person. Thank you for what you do, Shelly and Healing Touch.
I have visited spas throughout the U.S. and other parts of the world. I have never experienced such dismal customer service. To start, I wasn’t offered a robe and slippers. When I asked for one, I was given a basket for my clothes to carry around instead of being offered a locker. Then, I was told that I could not indulge on the amenities: sauna, spa, etc because I did not have a swimsuit. Which was fine and not an unusual policy, but that was not communicated to me upon booking the appointment. As a result, I asked if they sold swimsuits. The answer was “no.” I then asked if I could receive a pass the following day to take advantage of the amenities. Again, the answer was “no.” Lastly and most importantly, I was told that I could go the “sensory room” with the no gravity chairs. After my massage, I was barred from going into the room because another person was in there! There were two chairs, but I couldn’t use the other chair. This is a common area. It’s absurd. I was then told that they didn’t offer me a robe because some customers don’t like to see other customers in a robe in the relaxation room. What? This is a spa. This entire experience was odd and actually stressful. After a series of doctor’s appointments and painful tests, I was eagerly awaiting a relaxing experience, that proved to be the complete opposite. My recommendation is to stay away. They need training on effective communications and high touch client experiences.
Best massage I’ve received! I felt so much less stressed the next day - even though I also felt sickly from the toxins (also a sign the massage was good). 3 days later, my muscles feel better than they have in months. I can move my neck without pain! I can look up! Thank you so much.
