The massage was okay but the room was really cold and I was trembling throughout the whole thing was not comfortable and the towels were a bit cold but that also have to do with the room being cold she would have got five stars if she just refunded my money or told me to come back for a free b but she did try to turn on the heater but it wasn't working for some reason
