The example you gave in your reply does not involve me in any way. While losing me as a customer may not matter to you, I doubt a business built on dishonesty will last long. The irony is that you blocked my number afterward, which only reinforces the truth of the situation. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW *** I genuinely enjoy getting massages at this store, but one of the staff members (not everyone) pressured me to tip more than 20% and round up the amount. Initially, I expected to have a great experience and planned to return for more sessions with her. However, this coercive behavior spoiled my mood, and I no longer want to book massages with her. I want to remind everyone that tipping should be entirely voluntary and never forced. Exceptional service should naturally be appreciated, not demanded!
