www.massagestar.orgSabrina! Sabrina! Sabrina! Is an absolutely fantastic massage therapist. I came in on a spur of the moment decision. I’ve been dealing with tension in my neck, shoulders and back. I got an hour body massage with focus on those problem areas with med to heavy pressure. I read the reviews and was enthusiastic about coming here. The front & location was a little surprising, but upon entering I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed. After my massage, I can say I WILL BE COMING BACK! Probably next week. Not only was the massage great, it was clean, pleasant, quiet and Sabrina and the other woman here were both absolutely polite and professional! I’m a true critic when it comes to massages, due to how often I need them due to previous injuries, all the places I’ve been and the cost of them. Many places I haven’t returned. However Massage Star is one I’m coming back too, and soon! Thank You Sabrina.
Found this spa at the last minute and I’m glad there was availability. Jenny was amazing! She took the time to work on my problem areas. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
On vacation and decided to book myself and my daughter a massage. Was a little hesitant because it’s one of those “store front” establishment but it was nice! Definitely a great experience. The face massage and hot rocks were nice! Sabrina and Jenny are absolutely wonderful!
Maria and Jennie were so amazing! We got a couples massage and it was the best one I’ve ever had. I had knots I was trying to get out for weeks and they got them all out for me. Will be back !
I booked a Classic massage yesterday, which is listed as a relaxation massage, in hopes of tending to my extremely sore calves and shoulders from a heavy work week. The lady was very polite, however there were multiple times during the massage where I either said "Ow" or "That hurts". Her response was always "your muscles are tight", which I did already know, but I was not looking for a deep tissue massage. After my massage, she said she would recommend a therapeutic massage next time because of how tight my muscles were. I asked the difference and she said they use cupping and some other techniques. I personally do not like cupping. She said I booked a relaxation massage which uses deep tissue and Swedish techniques. I checked my email and confirmed I booked a Classic massage, but the website also states that a Classic massage is a relaxation massage. There was no difference. I'm not sure why anyone would continue to apply pressure when someone said it's hurting them. When I left, I went to the pharmacy to get tiger balm as I was in more pain than I was before my appointment. Today I woke up with bruises and everything felt stiff. As nice as they seemed about it, I, personally, did not feel like I was heard. Granted it was my first time there, maybe other people are fantastic as other reviews would suggest. Unfortunately, I do not think I could come back, given the experience I had.
