I was gifted two massages via Groupon to check out Power of Touch. I followed the directions to redeem it, made an appointment, and received a confirmation. I showed up and the business was empty and locked. Raymond cancelled the appointment without notifying me. Things happen in life, I get it, so I rescheduled. Through several rude texts, Raymond told me that my certificates would not be honored. I was given this gift to help me relax during a tough time, and Raymond only added more stress and frustration. He has a lot to learn about customer service. I'll take my money and business elsewhere, and I recommend that you do the same.

I have had an amazing massage form Raymond several times now and intend to see him every week. I am a fitness instructor and my body needs therapy to keep working out so hard. I can honestly tell you that Raymond is the ONLY massage therapist I've been to (and I'v been getting massages for many years) that really knows how to help my shoulders, back and neck from hurting. He is very strong and can manipulate my 5'10 body easily. He also gives a great relaxation massage when needed. He did that for me a couple weeks ago after my friend died. It was very caring and relaxing. Try him out!! He's the best.

I like to go to Raymond for massage. He is very detailed and listens and focus on areas where you need relief. Like when i had shoulder and elbow pain, he made sure that the knots on my back is completely loosen up. I went home relaxed and the pain is not as much. He offers 40 dollars for an hour massage on fridays.

13 reviews 1.0 star rating 1/5/2017 I used the online scheduling system to schedule for a 11am Tuesday appt (selected the voucher-3rd party Groupon for 60min in studio). That morning, 4 hr before the appointment, I received a cancellation notice. I texted Raymond to clarify. He said the system was supposed to block those days and asked me if I could schedule for Thursday. I did and confirmed with him. Today, Thursday, I arrived at 1120am and texted him to let him know I had arrived. No response. 1130am (appt time) came and went. I called and texted again. No response. I waited until 1150am with no response from Raymond. I cancelled my Groupon and plan to report Raymond Ramirez and Power of Touch to the BBB.

Had a wonderful massage from Raymon yesterday, and I slept like a baby! Nobody manages to work the knots in my body and especially my neck like Raymon does! He can count on my business! For those of you who are considering getting a massage from Raymon, just be patient. It’s worth it and you will not regret it!
