If you are looking for a completely relaxing experience, or to meet with a coworker or friend for a quiet chat and some self-care this is perfect. I have been coming to this location for 10 years with colleagues, friends, family and every time I return I am greeted with the same wonderful service, expert application and there is free parking in the back for two spots which is unheard of in this area. This is a gem and I highly recommend it over some of the newer establishments in town now.

I love this place. The atmosphere is great, the tea they bring you is lovely. The massages are always refreshing. I’ve only done the reflexology not chair or full body but if they are like the ones I’ve had I’m sure it would be amazing. They also are pretty great about walkins I’ve never had an issue about walking in for an appointment. The only way to book appointments as well is to call them and reserve there’s no online option. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because they have several small steps at the front before you can even get to the desk making the place impossible to access for wheelchair / handicapped people. They do say on their Google maps here that it’s not available for handicap but I don’t believe it mentions that on their website.

my bf and me got a massage at this place, it is my second time here so I would say that this massage was quite worst (the first one was good tho), the lady did a lot of pressure on my legs and I think she didn't exactly know how to make a massage, my bf felt the same with the lady that massaged him. She made pinches in my legs and back. I didn't say anything cause I felt bad and I hoped that the massage improved, but yeah it wasn't a relax massage.

Booked an appt for 45 upper body massage and 50 min foot reflexology. My boyfriend had Benson and said that he had the best back massage and foot massage he’s ever had before. My boyfriend doesn’t typically enjoy massages, but Benson performed what seemed like more of a sports massage for him based on what my bf needed. I personally had a the best relaxing massage (lighter pressure is what I asked for). Almost fell asleep a couple of times. The ambience is nice, great spa music. It’s completely open concept, so not much privacy, but it reminded me of the high end spa rooms in Cambodia where everyone is in chairs like a nail salon side by side, but it is quiet and tranquil. Everyone was very kind there and the bathrooms were nice as well. Clean and relaxing!

I just had this massage and it was the worst experience of my life. If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady who did my legs was throwing my legs around like a dog and the pressure was horrible: she wore loose gloves that would irritate my skin and had no rhythm or way of massaging she would press random spots on my leg and then move to my foot and it was all so so horrible. All she would do is put Vaseline on my leg…. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She also sneezed during my service and didn’t wash her hands… it was gross and so unprofessional. The other employees massaging my friend and partner looked because it was unprofessional. She treated me with zero respect and regard to providing a service. My friend enjoyed her massage so maybe it’s just the old lady who did mine. This was the worst place ever and I do not recommend. I talked to the front desk about it and she didn’t say anything except that she hopes I have a goodnight and she will call me if the manager says they can fix it for me since I’m not local. I’m willing to update my review if they make up for it and rectify that huge mistake. After that massage i was more stressed than when I walked in
