Not organized, not mindful. No effort at all to satisfy the client. Can’t recommend Just so we’re clear—I wasn’t being “picky.” I booked a foot massage and a neck and shoulder massage, expecting a basic level of organization and cleanliness. Silly me, right? After the foot massage, I was offered a chair for the next part—right in front of the entrance to Granville Street, where homeless people and drug addicts frequently wander in. But sure, I’m the problem for not wanting to sit literally at the front door while trying to relax. When I asked for the chair to be moved somewhere more appropriate, your staff wasted 5–8 minutes having a discussion like it was a high-level board meeting. And when they finally moved it, what a surprise—the chair was covered in spider webs and random garbage. Nothing says “luxury experience” like sitting in a dusty, web-covered chair, right? Then came the best part—your massage therapist, an older woman, immediately started complaining that she couldn’t see the clock from this new spot. Because, of course, knowing the time is more important than actually doing her job. When the receptionist suggested she just turn her head, she kept whining that it wasn’t convenient for her. At that point, I realized this whole thing was a joke and decided to leave. And now, instead of taking feedback like a professional business would, you call me “troublesome” and claim it’s difficult to satisfy me? You’re right about one thing—it’s difficult to satisfy anyone when your service is a disaster. But hey, at least your response will help plenty of people avoid your place without me having to say another word. So, thanks for that.

Excellent visit today. Had the 50 minute foot massage, although I opted to include a 10 min shoulder massage as well. Pressure was perfect and afterwards my feet felt fantastic. Lose a star for someone sniffling constantly which was rather off putting. Definitely would return and the price is amazing for the quality of service.

I usually stop by when I'm visiting Vancouver. The evening atmosphere is very dim and quiet with soft music playing. They always start the foot reflexology with green tea, a warm foot soak and shoulder massage. I leave relaxed and renewed!

This place is insanely good for the price …. I went 3 days in row while I was visiting from Calgary. I would highly recommend Queens feet they treat you well and take care of all your needs it’s the most relaxed I’ve been in. Months. They are very skilled technicians who massage you just right. Definitely 10/10!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
