I used to love going here as it is just down the road from me...I'm not sure what has been happening with their appointment mismanagement...The last 2 times I booked massages over the phone they gave me an appointment and when I showed up they had me down for a completely different time...like completely different time! I vowed never to go back out of frustration. A year has passed and I thought I would try them again. I was so happy yesterday when they upgraded their booking system and I was able to book online. I booked for my location in my neighborhood and when I showed up at my appointment today they were confused as to why I was there as they didn't show any record of an appointment for me and had to ask my name multiple times. All this after receiving a text confirmation of my appointment and 2 follow up texts reminding me of my appointment. It is such a shame trying to support a neighborhood business and for them to be this disorganized to the point of where, despite my misgivings, I thought I would try them again, only to be further disappointed. I have read other reviews as to how great everyone's experiences were but I unfortunately have experienced the exact opposite. I definitely would not recommend this place unfortunately.

She’s a conscientious, observant empath who combines perfectly firm yet safe and gentle pressure to client requests, while using combined techniques for her best work. In addition to working on regular clients she is improving and updating her skills and techniques on an ongoing basis as part of her own personal philosophy for professional development. Her treatments produce calm relaxation and muscle release without pain which reflect her awesome techniques and well applied persona. I therefore highly recommend Key as your next and best massage therapist.

The massage therapist Kitty is amazing. I did the deep tissue massage, and they're having a promotion right now where you get an extra 15 mins neck and facial massage. Super worth it. Place is clean and nice, very relaxing. Will definitely come back ❤️

I’ve been to this Thai massage place a few times and had great experiences before, but my visit today was quite disappointing. While the massage was the same type as before, the quality was noticeably different. The pressure was uneven, and some areas of my body were completely skipped. It wasn’t relaxing at all, and I ended up feeling uncomfortable after the session. When I provided feedback to the staff, they were very nonchalant and simply told me to book with a different therapist next time. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or offer any kind of compensation, like a discount, for the poor experience. I really expected better customer service, especially since I’ve been a returning customer. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back after this experience.
