Amazing experience! The 60 minute massage was incredible and beyond relaxing. I felt so comfortable, and Mary was so friendly and an awesome massage therapist. Extremely well priced, also. Mary is a sweet lady with beautiful energy. My personalized deep tissue massage was heavenly. Being located nearby me is what drew me in. The inside was so nice and inviting. I look forward to my next visit. That's going to be my massage spot now!! You will not regret going there!

I made an appointment online and tried to call and ask questions because their website did not clarify what services included cupping, but my call went to voicemail literally 10 times despite me checking to make sure they were open. Tried to call the other number on the website and they said they weren’t affiliated with crystal gardens at all and was a separate entity. After finally getting on the phone with someone, she seemed incredibly unsure and scattered about what I was asking and made me feel very uncomfortable about allowing her to work on me because she did not seem to understand what I was asking at all. I changed my appointment at first but ultimately canceled because I do not want someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing potentially causing more damage instead and I definitely wouldn’t be able to relax and get a massage from someone who made me feel so uncomfortable over the phone. Maybe she is a great masseuse but my interaction made me extremely uncomfortable and the lack of response when trying to reach out was incredibly frustrating.
