Lisa at Body Balance Massage is AMAZING! She was able to squeeze me in for my first visit in which my neck, shoulder and back were completely tense! Firmly; but gently she took the tension away. On my most recent visit; I thought it was more neck and shoulders again; but my body told her it was my legs! She’s able to determine what is needed when it’s needed! I highly recommend her!

I had my first massage with Lisa several months ago right before the Covid shutdown. She did such an amazing job that I had planned on scheduling another appointment, but then everything closed down. Once it was safe to go back, Lisa made sure she took the appropriate precautions to keep all areas clean and sanitized. My second experience with her was even better because I didn’t need to tell her where my trouble areas were. Lisa knew exactly what to do that I did not want to get up from the massage table. Lisa is professional and is very knowledgeable about the body and how certain movements can trigger some discomfort. Both times I have walked in with aches and pain and when Lisa is finished- I feel like a new person! I’m looking forward to my next massage.

Hands down, the best massage I've ever recieved! Casey takes the time to learn about you before therapy instead of a piece of paper you answer questions on! I got aromatherapy and the hot stones and they were wonderful! She worked muscles that needed it terribly but I didn't leave feeling as sore as I would have at other massage places I've tried. I will definitely going back and recommending her to everyone! Thanks Casey!
