The most effective massages occur when the therapist has a deep knowledge of the individual body they are currently working on. Traci excels at that. She is so aware of her client's body that she is able to respond to pain as well as prevent pain by noticing little changes in the body that could be problematic. When I start to feel even a little different, I can go to Traci and she can spot it almost immediately. PS: She worked wonders for my prenatal care as well.
