Arielle is just fantastic. I had a recurring hip issue for a long time and she was able to provide significant relief almost immediately. She really listens to me when I tell her the problem areas, unlike most massage therapists that just do the same massage every time. She really knows anatomy and is great at explaining what she is doing and giving me techniques to use at home. I sleep a lot better because she has helped me so much.

Arielle is amazing! She is attentive, a great listener and communicator. I feel so comfortable and relaxed in her space. Arielle takes the time to find out what is going on a physical, energetic, and emotional level. The massage I received not only relieved the tension in my body, but it also helped to regulate my nervous system leaving me feeling rested, balanced, and restored. Arielle is so wonderful! She is very in tune with where my body is holding tightness and restrictions each session, then effectively helps my muscles relax. I see her for stress management and general massage, but she is also extremely knowledgeable in anatomy and can help with other medical issues and pain. As a pelvic PT myself, I also appreciate that she gives her clients stretches to help them do something transferable at home too! The room is so clean, smells calming, and feels so safe!
