Kristen Dempsey is possibly the best massage therapist I’ve seen, certainly the best in Wilmington. She knows the skeletal and muscular system and works with competence. She can dig in, if you need deep tissue work, or back off for something more relaxing. She’s been a life saver for my back and neck issues. She never rushes and always makes me feel like her most important client. I give her my strongest recommendation.

Kristen is a talented massage therapist, specializing in therapeutic massage. Her hands are intuitive and will find your "problem area," without your even mentioning it. I have visited her for stress relief, when training for endurance running events, and when the grind of being hunkered over a laptop for the majority of my workday catches up with me. I have received massages from 7 other therapists, and she is easily the best...doesn't hurt that she is usually the least expensive professional therapist in town (apart from students in a massage program).
