We use to love this place. Unfortunately since the owners daughter has been back the entire vibe has changed. Prices are higher, customer service has gone down hill. There is tension in the spa, and the mother daughter dynamic makes it less enjoyable. Ashley and Jotti are still great. If you are a new client request them by name. Otherwise you will placed with someone else. Sad to see the ambiance and vibe change for the worse. The owner is trying her best but she needs to cater to her customers needs and not let the family dynamic ruin the ambiance.

I visit A Time to Spa anytime I need to get ready for a special occasion. They always do a great job and make me feel at home. Donna is wonderful. I also did a massage with Ashley and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She did a great job working out tension in my neck and shoulders. The spa is cute and clean, and a great place to go get pampered!

Nice place, very friendly, and relaxing as it should be. I went there for the first time and got a massage at their promotional rate. It was pretty good. The therapist was very nice. They were pretty persistent on my out with trying to get me to sign up as a member. I was polite and had to push back multiple times. It was obvious that she was disappointed when it didn’t sign up. I realize you got to run your business, but is was just trying to chill.

My daughter and I recently visited A Time to Spa for a Mother’s Day treat and she had her first pedicure. Everything about our experience was wonderful and they made my daughter feel so special picking out her polish colors and having a “grown up” spa day! All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. We are definitely looking forward to spending another special occasion there soon!

The staff at A Time to Spa were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make sure our spa party was a hit! They were so easy to work with. We had the place to ourselves since there were 11 of us. It was relaxing and everyone loved their services. We will be back! Thank you!!!
