Jamie (Kavita) is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! You can immediately tell she knows what she's doing & is so great at it. My mom received a massage from Mousie, which she absolutely enjoyed. We felt like we were in the clouds! These ladies have such a warm, welcoming presence, they make you feel comfortable & relaxed instantly by their demeanor alone. Such an amazing experience 11/10 recommend!! :)

I went to Bardos today for a post-surgery lymphatic drainage massage with Kavita. Upon arriving, I was placed with another therapist, which is totally fine as she was absolutely lovely however none of my information was passed along regarding my surgery or that I was arriving for a lymphatic massage. The therapist was able to accommodate me and complete the massage however she was not familiar with seeing clients less than 30 days of surgery and ended up using treatments that should not be performed so soon post-operatively. I would absolutely recommend Bardos for massage as it was extremely relaxing, however for post-operative lymphatic drainage I might recommend a clinic more familiar with post surgical care or wait until your restrictions are lifted so as to not compromise your results.

She is an excellent therapist who listens to your concerns and applies her skills to those areas. I look forward to being a regular client of hers. Hands down, Kavita Dasjot Kaur is the very best massage therapist I have ever had! Her intuitive abilities are astounding. She ‘sees’ and ‘reads’ your physical body, your light body, your astral body, and the subtle workings of the many dimensional layers that make up a complete human. I trust her without reservation as a true healer as I’ve experienced deep somatic release and realignment at her hands. She is also a gifted teacher of many beautiful practices such as Kundalini yoga and Sadhana. I highly recommend all of her services and her smoothies are the bomb!
