Hands down one of the best places for massages and facials I’ve ever been to!!! 1) You don’t tip! This never happens! Every establishment especially restaurants and fast food give you the option to tip. Not this place! 2) So easy to make the appointment online. Straightforward and manageable. 3) Street parking around the building was easy to find. 4). The place was quaint and peaceful. And it smelled relaxing and welcoming!! The staff were so kind and knew their stuff! I had a massage with Kendall and she was amazing!!! I wish I had more than an hour session because it was perfect. Moderate pressure and made the whole experience so relaxing- I had the hot stones and towels which made the whole experience so much better. Next, I had a facial with Maricela. She listened to my concerns and knew exactly what to do with my poor dehydrated face! All the products she used felt so fresh and clean and smelled so good! She did such a great job that I must’ve fallen asleep from being so relaxed! Kendall and Maricela did such an amazing job! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a healing touch and walking away feeling rejuvenated!

1000000/10 Awaken really has perfected the craft to relaxation and tranquility. I booked the head to toe service with Maya and everything was just amazing from the sauna time to the refreshing tea and all of the services. I had a little bit of time in between my services and they were more than accommodating to allow me to transition to my next service with my next provider and I cannot remember her name right this moment, but she was phenomenal. The reflexology package was out of this world. I’m literally still dreaming about it right now because it was so amazing. She pinpointed tendon in my hands that I didn’t even know existed. The scalp and facial massage with the reflexology sensational I’ve been to a lot of spas in Richmond, but awaken takes the cake 5000% I would recommend them to anyone hands-down you need to book today!

I had a 75min massage with Madi today at it was amazing! Her hands are magic! She obviously read my intake for, asked questions, and then addresses my areas of concern! Her deep tissue is truly deep and I know I’ll be sore for the next few days! Fabulous massage and will definitely be back!
