After a few years of searching for the best massage in the Triangle, I gave Lotus Temple a try. Now that I've been going for a few months, I can truly say it's the best! Christy is phenomenal at what she does and is very knowledgeable. As someone who weightlifts, there is always something sore or tweaked. I tell Christy and walk out feeling good as new again. She takes the time to get to know her clients and follows up on certain pain areas with each recurring session. Highly recommend Lotus Temple and Christy to anyone looking for a high quality massage that is both relaxing and actually gets the job done, worth every penny.

I went in because I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain from a run. Ross was able to quickly identify the core issue and gave me a ton of relief from the pain. He was also very helpful in showing me some stretches to do and a running form to avoid the same issue in the future. I highly recommend them
