My partner and I came to Urban Haven to get our first spa experience and were absolutely blown away with the services we received. David and Erin did our couples message and left us feeling relaxed and provided a truly therapeutic message session, they were both very knowledgeable and professional. Next we did a tarot reading and love bath with Lizz. This was the most unique part of the day and really put the experience over the top. We felt so connected after our reading then to sit with each other after, talk and connect further was perfect for Valentine’s Day.

Urban Haven has a wonderful private cold plunge space with sauna available for booking. Incredibly clean and well kept, and considerably priced. I will be returning. :)

This establishment has it all! - Massage (many different types with add ons!) - Yoga (new yoga room is outstanding/infrared hot yoga) - Cold Plunge - Sauna Erin is the absolute best massage therapist I have been to see in the last 14 years of getting professional massages! Yoga classes with Cassie are wonderful. First class services. Do I need to say more? Love this business!
