This experience was a 10/10 You pay for whatever service you want and have access to everything in the facility , this was the best time I had in San Diego . I paid for a scrub and I felt like Anna washed all my problems away ! lol . This will be the first spot I will visit whenever I travel to San Diego again

Needed a quick and unplanned relaxation session and loved that I was able to schedule a massage same day! Rosa was my massage therapist and the scrub and massage was amazing. Really enjoyed the dry sauna, hot tub and Himalayan room and thought it was a great value. 4 stars for cleanliness because I didn’t see any cleaning materials (besides Dawn soap) & noticed what looked like mold near the showers. Much of the spa is wet which I think calls for extremely rigid cleaning standards. Probably will stick to dry services next time!

My partner and I visit Aqua Day Spa at least once or twice a week, and it’s become one of our favorite ways to relax. For just $35.00 per person, you get three hours of access to the steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub (whirlpool), which is an excellent value. You can also add on a body scrub service for an additional fee, having done it multiple times, I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it before. The experience is generally wonderful, but there are a couple of downsides. At times, the chlorine in the whirlpool feels overly strong, making your eyes burn and the smell overwhelming. The steam room can occasionally have an unpleasant odor, and adding essential oils like eucalyptus could help freshen it up. Despite these minor issues, the price is reasonable for what you get, and it’s a great spot to unwind for a few hours. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, which adds to the positive experience. Another bonus is the location—there are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to grab lunch or dinner after your visit. Overall, I highly recommend Aqua Day Spa for anyone looking for an affordable and relaxing escape.

I love this place. 💗 I've been here multiple times and left 100% satisfied. I have been getting the scrub and aromatherapy/coconut oil massage, which also includes mini facial and hair wash. I always try to arrive 1 hour early in order to enjoy the jacuzzi and steam room. You definitely cannot be shy as no clothes whatsoever can be worn once you enter the wet room. They do have a women side and a men side. They provide towels and a robe for you to go to your locker, bathroom, or lounge area. Once done, you can do your hair and makeup in a large area with lots of mirrors and supplies like q-tips, tissues, cotton balls, toothpaste, hair dryer, and brushes (I bring my own brush). Toothbrush and razor provided at the front on your way in. The past couple of times, I brought my mom here for her birthday, and we will keep going in the future. This is now going to be our tradition on her day & maybe other special days. It's not cheap, but it is totally worth it. Bring cash to leave a tip for your masseuse.

Wonderful place to de-stress. They have hot jacuzzi with bubbles, Steam sauna, cold plunge and cold pull down showers, Hot sauna, Lava meditation room , and Body scrub services if you want on the side But it does not come with the thirty dollar price. The $30 price includes everything listed Above accept the scrub. You do have to get completely naked Yes, that means and no bra No panties And you have to be comfortable walking around naked like that. They give you a robe, but that's more for you to use After you come out, so you're not dripping Wet everywhere when you're changing in your lockers. They have a seating area. They have a restroom and they even have water And tea. There's also an area for you to do your makeup or blow dry hair. Overall, it's a really good experience. And I love how it's not packed with people. Every time I go, there's always one other person there. Or two. So it's not like everyone staring at you naked. Plus everyone else is naked, so you're good🙂 I also love how they have good quality body wash and shampoo I love how my hair smells afterwards😊
