Pros: Easy to walk in and get a massage on a whim. Massage quality is typically decent (varies by therapist). Cons: Conveying specific requests is challenging as their English isn't strong. I've come to find that you have to keep an eye on the time, as easily half the time since I started keeping track I've caught them ending early. I've typically just reduced the tip for this, but this happened yet again (a few seconds shy of 3 minutes on a 30 minute massage) so I didn't leave a tip. As I was walking out, the lady who took my payment said something to my therapist, and as I was walking out he grabbed my bicep to stop me (not hard, but certainly not cool to do regardless) and pointed to the signed receipt's Tip line, and only said "tip?" It was unclear if he was demanding one or wondering why, but I said, "You didn't do the full time." He sure seemed quick to understand that -- he immediately took a step back, nodded his head, said OK, and dropped it.
The service here is definitely a pleasure. After finishing, the shoulders and neck feel much more comfortable, and the service attitude is also good. I will come again next time,
Overcharged by 20 dollars this isnt the first time. I understand English isn't their first language but I don't how 38 written on a slip of paper looks like 58. Didn't find out till I went to buy a meal.
Probably one of the worst massages I’ve ever had, and I get them every month. No flow, no pressure, no fluidity, and poor job at following directions. Spent several minutes just holding his elbow down on me without even massaging. Was a guy that doesn’t speak good English. Go elsewhere, I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company.
The last two times I have come in here there hasn't been enough staff! Only one to two ppl working at a time . I can never get in and always have to wait an hour or more (which I won't do). For a walk-in place you should never have to wait that long! If you do...then this place should be a "by appt only" place! Errr so frustrated!
