Omg. I just finished my massage with Ashton 30 minutes ago and I am so relaxed and pleased with my massage that I had to leave a review. She focused on the areas I asked her to and then added somethings I didn't even know I needed. That scalp massage was *chef's kiss*. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! I will definitely be coming back!

Experienced the couples massage today. Brandon and LaVonna were our therapist. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was professional and accommodating. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. We will definitely be returning and recommending others to Ebb and Flow.

Brandon provides out-of-the-box, intuitive, creative massage and stretching. He does a great job of focusing on problem areas and creating a therapeutic plan to help his clients. Would recommend!

I’m surprised I’m leaving 2 stars due to the raving reviews on the page. I need to say this is toward my appointment and therapist and not with the overall spa/studio! I hate leaving reviews but was almost moved to tears when I left. My appointment was with LaVonna. Less than 40 minutes before my appointment she texted and asked me to push my appointment later because it worked better for her schedule since she had a gap of time between clients. I understand when your schedule is based on clients, but 40 minutes before asking to push my time due to it being easier for her was.. a shock. This alone made me want to cancel due to the lack of professionalism. I arrived and she did not look up from her phone - I felt uncomfortable from to get go. I was not greeted until I said something first. She then asked “What did you mean by a targeted massage?” - This was the type of massage I scheduled. Prior to your appointment you receive an email asking your concerns, exact pain points, what it feels like, etc. I quickly summarized what I needed standing in the waiting room. I confirmed I did fill out the forms online that literally was everything I needed from my appointment. Her tone and stand-offish demeanor made me feel so discouraged that this appointment was about to be bad. During the massage her phone went off. Through the appointment I was waiting for her to put dedicated attention and therapy to the areas I discussed. While she did give some time here, the overall appointment was lacking. She spent time massaging my arms and hands when I desperately needed help in my *targeted* areas like my neck/upper back and lower back. I did speak up and ask for more attention in those areas and she did deliver. I appreciated in the appointment she asked if I was doing okay. I hoped I could summarize this better but truly was more than discouraged leaving the appointment. I do not plan to return. I talked to a friend about my appointment and she asked if my therapist was LaVonna purely based off of the poor experience. That says so much! Again, this goes for my appointment and not the studio as a whole.

Giving this place only two stars because they totally disregarded my initial request for our couples massage. I requested a male for my wife and a female for myself. Upon arrival the male proceeded to tell us he usually provides more pressure and my wife told him that she prefers more relaxed pressure and that I usually like a little more pressure than her. They never instructed us which bed was which so we got in the beds and when they came in he started on me which automatically put me in an unrelaxed mood. (I've only had a couple males out of many massages and it just makes me uncomfortable.) I know they knew which client was which because upon booking they placed us with the correct one. Not only was it uncomfortable for me in that sense but the massage was rough like I was getting an Indian burn back in high school. Some of the stretches was good but the so called massage was not relaxing at all. In my opinion ( from my past experiences) a true massage therapist can provide you with the pressure you are comfortable with, not tell you what kind of pressure they provide. On another note my wife was very pleased with her massage. I'm not mentioning the names here because I'm not out to ruin anyones reputation. Just to express my dissatisfaction.
