The best massage I've had in years, and I should have done this a decade ago when my pain started. She worked out issues I didn't even know I had. In particular, the cause of my neck pain being an issue with my left arm and shoulder. It was quite painful for me as she worked to solve it, but I feel so much better now. Next was my recurring lower back pain, which was predominantly on my left side. She popped my leg, hip, and lower back, which instantly resolved my lower back pain. I now have full range of motion in my left arm without any tightness, can walk without any lower back pain, and my neck doesn't hurt at all.

She spent an hour and a half stretching, cracking and rubbing everything trying to fix me. Honestly I think I have a disk issue in my back and no amount of massage would fix that in an hour. She tried her best, and I appreciated the amount of dedication she put into trying to crack my back being over 300lbs and she was lifting me over her back! Thank You!
